Define workload separation, addressing and DNS ownership, authorised administrator access and change approval within the service design. Controls depend on the agreed scope and customer environment.

Plan for disruption

Identify failure scenarios and recovery dependencies. Agree what can be tested, who approves the test, and what evidence is needed before drawing conclusions about recovery.
